The project envisions the reconstruction of a Soviet-era industrial building into a modern office center.
The project envisions the reconstruction of a Soviet-era industrial building into a modern office center.
Situated in the historical district of Dnipro, on Stolyarova Street, the three-story office center is designed as a Class B+ facility with an integrated dining establishment. The building's reconstruction aims to create a new space for business growth, event organization, and the comfortable daily operations of employees from various companies and industries. Whether meeting friends, handling daily tasks, or conducting business meetings, you can do it all right here, without wasting time commuting across the city.
In front of the main entrance, we have established an area with modern landscaping, greenery, street furniture, and lighting. The architectural concept seamlessly integrates into the surrounding urban development, preserving the scale of the streets and the fabric of the city.

Проектом передбачено реконструкцію промислової будівлі часів СРСР в сучасний офісний центр.
Будівля розташована в історичній частині міста Дніпро по вулиці Столярова та представляє собою триповерховий офісний центр класу В+ з вбудованим закладом харчування. Реконструкція будівлі передбачає створення нового простору для росту бізнесу, організації подій та комфортної повсякденної роботи працівників компаній різного профілю та напрямку роботи. Зустрітися з друзями, зробити повсякденні справи, провести ділову зустріч ви можете прямо тут, не витрачаючи час на пересування по місту.
Перед головним входом ми створили ділянку території з сучасним благоустроєм, озелененням, вуличними меблями, освітленням. Архітектурна концепція органічно вписується в навколишню забудову території кварталу, зберігаючи масштаби вулиць та тканину міста.
